Growth
Account Manager
Monetise the industry contacts you already have. Introduce promoters in your region to Ticketdotter and earn uncapped commission on every onboarding.
Overview
Ticketdotter is the UK and Spain's dedicated live entertainment ticketing platform — built by promoters, for promoters. We are growing our regional account manager network across all six territories and looking for motivated, well-connected individuals from the events world to join us. This is not a traditional sales role. This is an opportunity to monetise the industry contacts you already have — on your own schedule, in your own region, with uncapped commission and a product that genuinely sells itself.
The role
As a Ticketdotter Account Manager you are the face of the platform in your region. Your role is to identify live event promoters in your area, introduce them to Ticketdotter, guide them through onboarding, and support them through their first live event on the platform.
You earn commission for every promoter you successfully onboard — based on their ticket volume. The more promoters you bring, and the larger those promoters are, the more you earn. There is no cap.
This is not cold calling. This is relationship-based sales to an audience you already know. The contacts you have built over years in the industry are your competitive advantage. Ticketdotter gives you a platform worth introducing them to.
What you'll do
- Identify and research event promoters in your designated region running events of 500+ tickets
- Make first contact via email, phone, or in person using the materials provided
- Present the platform to prospective promoters using the Ticketdotter Sales Pack
- Guide interested promoters through onboarding using the Promoter Onboarding Pack
- Obtain a signed Promoter Agreement and submit it via the AM portal
- Support your promoters through their first live event — be their point of contact
- Build and maintain genuine long-term relationships with promoters in your region

- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently without daily supervision
- Comfortable making first contact — phone, email, or in person — with people you may not know
- You understand the live events industry from a promoter's perspective
- Organised — you can manage a pipeline of conversations and follow-ups systematically

- Experience in any commission-based or relationship-driven sales role
- Existing relationships with promoters, venue managers, or festival organisers in your region
- Experience working in music, nightlife, comedy, theatre, or sports events
- University events committee or student union entertainment experience
- Social media presence in the events or music world in your region
Commission structure
Your earnings are entirely commission-based and directly tied to the ticket volume of the promoters you onboard. There is no base salary and no ceiling. Commission is paid 14 days after the qualifying event has happened. Only the highest applicable tier is paid per promoter — tiers are not cumulative.

What you could earn
Illustrative figures based on realistic monthly onboarding activity. Your actual earnings depend entirely on how many promoters you onboard and their ticket volumes. There is no limit.
| Scenario | Onboardings | Tier mix | Monthly |
|---|---|---|---|
| Just starting out | 2 / month | 2 × Standard | £700 |
| Building momentum | 3 / month | 2 × Standard + 1 × Growth | £1,450 |
| In full stride | 4 / month | 3 × Growth + 1 × Standard | £2,600 |
| Strong performer | 5 / month | 3 × Growth + 2 × Standard | £2,950 |
| Top performer | 6 / month | 2 × Premium + 2 × Growth + 2 × Standard | £4,200 |
An AM doing 4 onboardings per month at the Growth tier would earn £3,000/month from this role alongside any other work or employment. All commissions are paid 14 days after the qualifying event has happened.
